My second paper for this sem, Performance Management, HRM 544.

Tahniah kepada Nur Azira Azmi kerana anda gagal membaca chapter 1 dengan jayanyaa. Kalau larhhh saya tawu subject Performance Management neyh nak tanya soklan pasai Performance Appraisal SAHAJA, saya wajib baca buku HR time diploma turhhh SAHAJA!! Betul tak bohong!!

Performance Management yang mengandungi 11 chapter, dan dalam chapter 1 ada la terselit serangkap tentang Performance Appraisal dan soklan final Performance Management tadi dengan bangganya hanya bertanyakan tentang Performance Appraisal.

Nak soklan bocor?? gagaga~

-Discuss how performance appraisal and performance management system differ
-Elobrate the steps involved in the PM process

Question 2
-Discuss the major problems associated with many performance appraisal systems
-describe what raters can do to ensure that performance appraisal interviews are productive and helpful to both the employees and the organization

-Discuss the importance of the appraisal form in obtaining accurate performance measurement

Haaa, penat dah menaip soklan, tadi dalam exam hall tak reti plak nak mengarang. Haaiiishhh~

Macam neyhh, tuk sesiapa yang tak amek paper PM, maybe tak nampak unexpected yang berlaku pagi tadi. Tapi kami sgt terkejut.

Kalau buka buku PM yang dibeli pada awal sem ini, memang ada cerita tentang Performance Appraisal, dalam chapter 1 maybe. Dan hanya terselit seco'ek SAHAJA pasai Performance Appraisal.

Dannnn... Saya rasa sangat penat study Performance Management tuk satu sem, tapi kuar soklan yang tak dak dalam senarai. Hohhhh!!
